This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders at Sensory Method Pty Ltd trading as Ease.y Earth (ABN: 12684980873).

Order Processing Times
We aim to get your Ease.y Earth products to you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed during regular business hours are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier rates.

The total shipping cost (if applicable) will appear before you complete your order.

For subscription orders, recurring shipments may include a shipping fee even if the initial order qualified for free shipping.
Your order may also qualify for free shipping if it meets our minimum order thresholds (see below).
Delivery
We currently ship using trusted partners such as Australia Post and international courier services.

Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at hello@easeyearth.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution.

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout. Ease.y Earth cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
