Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

If we cancel an order prior to dispatch, any amounts you have paid for that order will be refunded in full, and we will confirm by email. We are not responsible for order failures caused by connectivity issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control; reasonable extensions of time may apply.

Title and risk in products pass to you upon dispatch from our facility or a third-party freight provider.

We accept various payment methods shown at checkout (subject to change). Payments processed by third-party gateways are subject to their terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for errors by payment gateways.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy (including timeframes, tracking, delays, and customs). Please review it before purchasing.

10. Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Returns, exchanges, and refunds (including our first-order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee) are governed by our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

11. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”), products will be automatically delivered at the interval you select, with each payment billed to your chosen method before shipment. You may modify or cancel future renewals anytime via your account, subject to our Returns & Cancellation Policy and any shipping charges for recurring orders as set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

12. Products & Services

Some products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange per our Returns Policy. We aim to display colours and images accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display accuracy.

We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction and may limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that product quality or the Service will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order (including orders using the same account, card, and/or billing/shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

14. Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to conditions specified at issue. Codes are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may have usage limits or expiry dates.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use by you of such tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Future features/services made available through the website will also be subject to these Terms.
